- Copy of letter from Katrine Deakins, secretary to Amon Carter, to John Dwight Sullivan, executive vice-president of the National Air Council, informing him of Carter's illness and inability to attend the meeting of the council on February 2. Also enclosed is a copy of a letter from Herbert A. Joseph, manager of the aviation department of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, to Sullivan expressing interest in a meeting of the council in Fort Worth.
