- Description
- Monday- My dear Amon I cannot resist any longer in expressing to you my heart felt sympathy and llove (regardless of anything) In the distressing news about our precious boy being one of the missing and was too shocked and really stunned to express any thing but Oliver's second cable saying what the assoc. press thought made me more sure & now I feel sure that he is alive and well and a prisoner of the Germans and that God still has him by the hand, a message from the Supreme Power came to my distressed heart telling me that all is well with our boy so many of my prayers are answered that these (illegible) will not be turned down. My prayers are for you & Nenetta & Little Ruth constantly & always for your consolation & to give some (illegible) trusting God and faith in (illegible) Believe me truly as long ago- Boss.
