- Dear Mr. Carter: I have read the demand for your resignation as director of Tec (?) - College and I have also read with a (Illegible) invest and will say with delight, your reply to our misguided Governor also your letter to the people of Texas and I with hundred of thousands of other Citizens of Texas endorse your actions in this matter. I am sure you have the ability to fill the position as chairman and now I am equally certain that you have the backbone to fight for your rights as well as defend and maintain the dignity of the position you hold.
