- January 1, 1944 Dear Dad, Happy new Year, Received two 30 cent airmail letters yesterday December 2nd, really enjoyed last parcel with watch,toliet kit, and pen. Thanks to you, mother, Carl and Katrine. For next parcel please send label to 269 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, BY and have them send me the $4.65 food parcel. It contains 3 lbs. of cheese, "c" biscuits, sugar, p. milk, vitamins, cocoa, onion flakes, 1 lb. chocolate, peanuts, 1 lb. cereal, lt. battle received on of these yesterday. best food parcel we have seen. Am getting along fine. Love Amon Jr.
