- Jan. 6, 1944 Dear Dad, from you letter I gather that some of my movie films didn't get home even though I mailed them, especially some of crashed airplanes and road markers. Understand base censor and Eastman Kodak Co keep records. Wish you would check up on it. I think I mailed the last ones about Jan 24th. Hope our can get some good African campaign movies. Thanks Suzanne, Mildred, Mrs. Ericson, Flem Hall, Mr. Hough, Mr. Honea for nice letters. Love, Amon Jr.
