- Description
- 2941 Ms. 52nd Lincoln Nebraska March 7, 1943 Dear Mr. Carter: Because you know Kenny and because he's with your son, I thought your might be interested in the enclosed clipping- I'm also sending is because I'm so terribly proud of him and I'll admit it. I know our boys are in the very worst of it, but I'm so confident that they'll be alright and we'll be seeing them before too much time goes by. I guess that all we at home can do is take this ever-present worry in the same manner those boys are faring their present life they're so game and brave. That's why I feel that if we keep faith with them, everything will be alright. I had mail last week, but it's still January's. Kenny had learned that I received the letter you brought for me, and so he appreciated. Sincerely Edina Drown.
