- Dear Sir: a feind of mine in Westbrook, Texas has writing to me about you. Well to get to the point of this letter I will be more explicit- I really worked to find a situation in your County as a Clerk of something similar. My age is 21 years. I am a member of the Ploice War Reserve. I have good testimonials. I feel sure that you have the position to help me find a situation. I don't know when this letter will reach you as I underestand you travel rather a lot. But when you have read this sir, I hope you will give me some consideration.
