- Dear Mr. Carter: I know you and your secretary have much more than you can hold; but I want to ask a favor of you. If you receive any pertintent news of the boys in Oflag 64 I would aprrecate you calling 21, Venus , Collect, and if I happen to be out give the nws to anyone who answers.
