Description
Dear Mr. Carter: I had a card today from Mrs. Batte in Waxachie tody I feel reasonably certain you have one too - But it is better to hear something twice then to miss it. She had a card from her son Edward writeen march 1 from Hammelburg saying he was ok and on his way to Parchim (which I can't find on any map) Said "they were marched and his dogs were tried keep same address and thought he woul be home soon." A letter from Mrs. Willis in Roanoka VA said she'd had a letter from on English girl her son knew saying the papers there said the members of Oflab 64 were in Sweden awaiting transport to England. It is all certainly confusing isn't it? So far we had nothing, but ahvent' quit hoping yet and I shall kkeep in touch with you. Sincerely, Elaine Pritchett
