- Mr Carter: Thought perhaps you might enjoy the enclosed (I suppose that you would call it poem) that was written by a little niece of mine of Houston. Mrs Herndon had very little education but Radio Station K.P.R.6. thought enough of it to read it over "the air" and morning hourdear The subjects are to you am passing it on to you for your pleasure Mrs Smissen.
