- Mr. Frank B. Noyes very much regrets that owing to his health, he will be unable to accept the very kind invitation of Mr. Amon Carter to attend the unveiling of the Will Rogers Equestrian Monument "Into the Sunset" at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas on Tuesday, November 4, 1947 at three in the afternoon and also the luncheon at Shady Oak Farm at 12:30 in the afternoon preceding the dedication.
