- Description
- Dear Amon: I hope that you will excuse me for leaving but I had to catch a train. I know that, as a director of Pan American Airways Juan would not want me to say anything and I think in that respect, I have always been a good director. It was a very pleasant evening. And after listening to the Senator from California I believe I am for the first time in sympathy with the "sit down." But I did regret leaving early, as I was anxious to hear others pay their respects to Juan & his organization: - not only for their achievements in Pan American but also because they have accomplished what I thought was impossible - to get your mind off of Fort Worth. Thank you Amon. Yours Sincerely Robert Lehman
